Why this program?

There is a lot of attention for social involvement and sustainability. Sustainability is also about the person himself. Well-being and work-life balance are terms every employee knows. But how do we make policy for this? How do we integrate this into business operations? How do we turn this challenge into an opportunity?

Practical

The mini Master Leadership & Vitality consists of 11 days, including a 3-day kick-off. Here we will get started with discovering your personal motives and leadership style. This is the start of the training. The program can be expanded with the 3-day masterclass HRM.

During the lecture days, the developments in your work enviroment are discussed. In any case, attention is paid to the subjects as indicated in the overview of the MBA in the schedule of the full MBA / Masterclasses, but there is a lot of room for subjects contributed by the participants.

Admission

You have at least a business economics higher professional / University of Applied Sciences degree and three years of relevant work experience. Admission via a personal intake is also possible if you can demonstrate that you function at least at higher vocational education level on the basis of subject-oriented education and at least three years of professional experience.

You discuss your personal work situation and wishes in a one-on-one meeting with a training expert. Based on this, you will receive study advice and you can be admitted to the study program.

Diploma

After successful completion of this program, you will receive the certificates for the Masterclasses and the corresponding number of ECTS.

Accreditation

Netherlands Business Academy is a recognized institute for Higher Education that offers various accredited Master’s programs. The Mini Master Leadership & Vitality contains all accredited masterclasses.

Duration & studyload

The program consists of the three-day kick-off and 8 training days. Outside of lecture hours, you should count on a study load of an average of four hours per week. The total duration of the training is approximately ½ years.

Location

The program takes place in Breda, the Netherlands.
