International project Eduflex

One of our newest project is EduFlex. In full the name is: Transforming Higher Education through Adaptive Individual Academic Pathways and Competence-Based Interdisciplinary Learning.

Project

The project aims to modernise Ukrainian higher education by introducing a scalable system of personalised and modular learning supported by digital infrastructure. EduFlex takes a student-centred approach, empowering students to create individual and interdisciplinary academic pathways in line with their career goals and labour market requirements. By integrating micro-credentials, digital badges and mobility opportunities, the project promotes modular learning, enabling students to accumulate and transfer knowledge seamlessly across institutions and countries. The project focuses on learning outcomes and competency frameworks, as well as the inclusion of employer-validated skills in curricula. EduFlex will provide Ukrainian universities with the tools to meet the diverse needs of learners, particularly migrant students, people with disabilities and war veterans in need of retraining.
