Mini MBA Sustainability
Ideal if you do not want or cannot follow a complete Masters course and you want to develop yourself quickly, (cost) efficiently and effectively and you want to broaden or update your knowledge. In order to focus the training sufficiently on the theme of sustainability, cooperation has been sought with a number of parties in the market with which NLBA has developed this special program. This is expressed in a substantively strong business management program that is interwoven with a number of relevant topics such as sustainability and current issues from the sector within three inspiration sessions.

- Existing concepts, models and new developments in business administration fields
are treated and discussed in one day; - The Mini MBA offers a broad basic knowledge of all modules from the full MBA in a few weeks;
- This course is a good fit if you are looking for a foundation without deepening a full master or if you are considering taking the full master at a later stage;
- In those areas where the student has specific interest or needs additional training we offer more extensive masterclasses of the subject in question;
- This program offers the student a chance to learn with, and from, other international students in different type of backgrounds and workenviroments.
Practically oriented
The Mini MBA program consists of 14 days focused on a specific theme. We start the program with a 3-day kick-off on location.
During the program the developments in your work enviroment will be discussed. Attention is paid to the subjects as indicated in the overview, but there is a lot of room for topics brought in by the participants.

Admission
To follow the Mini MBA, you must have at least a bachelor diploma and three years of relevant work experience. You discuss your personal (work) situation and wishes during an intake interview. Based on this you will receive a study advice and you can be admitted to the study program.
Do you not exactly meet the admission requirements? If you can demonstrate to have at least five years of relevant professional experience at a higher professional education level and that you have gained substantive knowledge through training or courses, admission may be possible. This is tested during an intake interview.
Duration and study load
The Mini MBA program consists of 14 lecture days and several study group sessions. Outside of class hours, you must count on a reasonable study load per week for writing your assignments. The total duration of the program is around six months. If you want a more detailed timetable please contact one of our study advisors.
Lecture days
Monday afternoon and Monday evening. Consultation meetings will take place in the morning. Together with your fellow participants you will work on cases and assignments, prepare presentations and comment on each other’s work.
Location
The Mini MBA Sustainability can be attended in Dordrecht.
Title/diploma
On successful completion of the Mini MBA, you will receive the Certificate Post Academic Business Administration and credits if you wish to follow our Master Business Administration Program.
