About the Change Management multi masterclass

The Change Management multi master class is a programme that deals with people, leadership and ethics. Our multi masterclasses are a collection of separate masterclasses that together address the theme in a deeper way.

Managers work in a place we call an organisation. The organisation is the “playing field” on which managers operate. So if the most important thing about managing is working with other people, then managers need to have a good understanding of human actions. The multi master class change management is in line with this.

Admission

To follow the Change Management multi masterclass, you have at least a higher vocational education degree and three years of relevant work experience. Admission is also possible via a personal intake interview if you can demonstrate that you function at least at hbo level on the basis of subject-specific education and at least three years of professional experience.

You will discuss your personal work situation and wishes in a one-to-one interview with an education expert. Based on this, you will receive a study recommendation and can be admitted to the programme.

Title and diploma

After completing the Change Management multi-masterclass, you will receive a Diploma in Change Management from Netherlands Business Academy. With this diploma you can obtain exemptions for the relevant part of the full master programme.

Duration and study load

The multi master class Change Management consists of 9 contact days. Including the lecture hours, you should count on an average study load of 10 hours per week.

Locations

The Change Management programme is offered in Utrecht, Dordrecht and Breda (subject to sufficient participation per location).

Course times

Lectures are on Monday afternoons and Monday evenings. Consultation sessions take place in the morning. Here, you work on cases and assignments, prepare presentations and comment on each other’s work.

Literature

Dutch and English literature is used for all modules. All classes are taught in Dutch.

Course fee: € 5,697.07 (excluding arrangement fee and literature costs).
